Reporting to-Shift Supervisor
Main Duties/Responsibilities
• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as
necessary
• Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns or other application
methods
• Ensure even coverage and proper thickness of powder coating
• Operate curing ovens to cure powder coating
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or
repairs
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred powder coating and wet
spraying
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols
• Ability to assemble and disassemble parts for coating
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• Familiarity with painting techniques and materials
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing coatings accurately

Additional Duties
Undertake any other reasonable management request
To attend staff meetings when requested

Ensure waste is kept to a minimum to benefit both the company and the environment
Ensure your working area is kept tidy at all times and general housekeeping maintained to assist with H&S procedures
Legal Duties
Attend any Health and Safety training when required
Ensure full compliance with all areas of Health and Safety as per company Health and Safety policy
Ensure full compliance with health and safety personal protective equipment including work boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, overalls as required by legislation and set out in company health and safety procedures
Salary-dependant on experience and qualifications.
Hours of work-2.00pm-10.00pm Monday to Friday with a 10 minute paid tea break and a 20 minute paid rest break. Any additional hours over 40 will be paid at overtime rate
