When you become Head Chef in Training, you'll learn how to build a kitchen to be proud of the ‘Mitchells & Butlers' way. You'll be ready to go in no time. We aim to have you signed off as a 'Head Chef' of the kitchen within 6 months.

- You may be currently working as a commercial catering manager, school kitchen manager, care home head chef, sous chef, deputy kitchen manager or the manager of an independent business or equivalent.

- Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
- Be driven to smash your targets with your team.
- Manage food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
