- Salary ranging between £22,958 - £25,045 depending on experience
- 40 hours per week – Monday – Friday mainly with the occasional weekend.

What you'll be doing
- You will be managing 3 kitchens on site at RM Condor. You will be responsible for all Chefs/Back of house team members.
- Accounts/bookwork, be responsible for margins and client relationships
- Placing orders and managing stock and wastage
- Preparing menus for functions and other special events
- Using Aramark systems (OPX, Aratrade, Myworklife etc)
- Overseeing production throughout
- Completing your daily checks and paperwork efficiently
- You will be following a menu cycle and preparing dishes to spec
- You will support the culinary team in the delivery of great food
- Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards
- Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
- Ensure all staff training is up to date and daily duties are delegated.
Experience
- A DBS check will be required to complete your application
- Previous management experience and cheffing experience essential
- Relevant culinary qualification
- Be a confident chef and team leader
- Experience in our systems is desirable however training will be given to the successful candidate
