Children's Home Manager
Leicester
Up to £66,500

Open to experienced managers, or deputies who are ready to take the next step.

Job Details:

• Children's Home Registered Manager
• Managing a children's residential care home
• The home is a 4 bedded children's home for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• The home has not been registered yet, but is ready to be with a manager in place
• Recruit, develop and manage staff team
• Manage safeguarding concerns
• Manage budgets
• Manage referrals
• Leicester based

Pay Details:

• £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
• Up to £6,500 in bonuses

Contract Details:

• Full-time, permanent contract
• Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
• + on-call duties

Requirements Details:

• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• Deputy or Registered Manager recruitment
