- 3 years’ minimum experience ideally within the same sector, Fine Art or the Property sector.
- Hybrid working is offered however, you will mainly be between the office in Potter Bar and out on sites in and around the London area
- Salary is depending on experience £30k - £38k plus a performance bonus and commission scheme to be discussed at interview

Our client are based in Potter Bar, Hertfordshire offering a range of services to domestic and commercial customers across the UK and abroad. They are looking for a Partnership and Development Manager to join their team and help us grow the business and reach new markets.
The Partnership and Development Manager plays a key role in generating new business and maintaining existing to elevate the success of the business.
Key responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for driving new business, sales opportunities and partnership collaborations from initial prospect to closing
• Be required to build a prospect list to ensure the sustainability of your pipeline is upheld and your agreed revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
• Attend regular networking events to ensure the brand name gains maximum exposure.
• Building strong relationships with appropriate agents and high profile business figures, whilst maintaining existing relationships.
• Working closely with the Director of Sales to ensure all KPI's are met.
• Produce a weekly report to the DoS, supporting & detailing completed meetings, booked calls, contact received, service rates required, new partnerships gained.
• Attend monthly sales meetings to report to the DoS and field sales team.
• Produce sales data information supporting monthly wins, pending accounts, promising future prospects and the following month’s targets, actions & booked meetings
The successful Partnership and Development Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- A proven track record of sales success in the removals industry or a related sector (logistics, transport, distribution)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and persuasive approach to sales
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude
- A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel
