Contract Account Opening Support Administrator, Guernsey

Job description

Our client is a private bank and wealth management company seeking to recruit an Account Opening Support Administrator. This is a contract role for 1 year. Reduced hours can be considered, however, the individual would need to work across the 5 days. 25 hours minimum.

Key responsibilities will include;

• This role is responsible for on boarding a wide variety of entities – individuals, joint accounts, company accounts, trusts, bonds, pensions and ensuring all of the correct documentation is on file.
• Performing source of wealth and source of funds checks.
• Inputting the structures into the system.
• On average, there are 40-50 accounts per month.
• This is to join a team of 6. They are a dynamic, close-knit team who have a good balance between fun and work.

The successful candidate will have:

• Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role.
• Onboarding/account review experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of FATCA/ CRS.
