More about the Role The Fleet and Facilities Administrator carries out a wide range of activities within the Fleet Maintenance department. It is primarily a role based at our offices in Worcester; reporting to the Fleet Administration Supervisor.
As the Fleet and Facilities Administrator, you will: - Schedule Fleet Maintenance activities, including forward planning and communication with stakeholders
- Ensure that all live and completed maintenance tasks are documents in accordance with Air Products and DVSA
- Administer financial transactions, including purchase orders and invoices
- Support our distribution functions by monitoring equipment downtime and liaise with maintenance providers on a regular basis to ensure maximum fleet availability
- Manage the internal inventory stock allocation within Truck-file
- Ensure all master data and planned maintenance requirements are correctly set up within SAP and Truck-file for UK&I Equipment
- Provide additional admin support to other engineering functions where required
- Ensure effective control and management of Non-Personal Mailboxes within the department
- Ensure compliance with all EH&S requirements
As the Fleet and Facilities Administrator, you already are or have: - Excellent organisation skills
- Good working knowledge of basic computer programmes
- Passion to follow tasks all the way through
- Friendly and able to communicate at all levels
- Proven ability to adapt to change
- Team player
