The Opportunity

Salary: £25,119 to £26,421 per annum (£11,541 to £12,139 per annum, pro rata'd)

Working Pattern : Part-time, 17 hours per week (Hours to be worked over three days to include Monday)

Location: County Hall, Chichester and working from home (Hybrid)

Interview date: w/c 01 April 2024

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident candidate to join our team as a Shared Services Administrator on a part-time basis.

As a Shared Services Administrator, you are responsible for the contractual administration and processing associated with DBS applications, position and structure changes, redundancy, probation period letters, visa renewals, invoicing, SAP reporting quality assurance checks and SAP system requests.

You will provide professional advice, guidance and information on subjects in relation to terms and conditions, HR and payroll policy and procedures.

Responsibilities are varied but focus on providing customer service and administration support within agreed timescales and service level agreements.
