Job description

A longstanding, multi-service law firm based in Stockport is currently looking to expand its Property team through the addition of a Client Service Advisor.

As a Client Service Advisor for this well-regarded firm, you will provide outstanding customer service via phone and email and assist clients with a variety of inquiries related to the conveyancing and remortgage process.

You will be required to demonstrate strong communication skills as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. Knowledge of the conveyancing process would be advantageous.

Duties include:

• Update clients on various stages of property transactions, explaining all terminology and processes in a clear and consistent manner
• Act as a liaison between clients and case managers, ensuring all information is passed on accurately
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring databases are updated with relevant information
