Student Support Role - Personalised Learning Centre Coordinator (PLC) 

Term time only plus 5 days

Temporary to start April 2024

Outwood Grange Academies Trust, seeks applications from outstanding applicants with integrity, imagination and energy for this rewarding role.

We wish to appoint a temporary, maternity cover, for our PLC Coordinator who will join our existing Inclusion team. Working as part of the personalised learning support team, you will promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students. You will work closely with SLT and the Academy Inclusion Team to manage the PLC and provide appropriate and personalised timetables for individual students and groups with a view to achieving full reintegration back into mainstream school. You will also deliver alternative courses to cohorts of students to provide them with relevant qualifications.
