An established global freight forwarding, and logistics provider is seeking an ambitious and driven Country Manager/General Manager/Managing Director to enhance their UK presence.
In this critical hands–on leadership role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Driving profitable growth through strategic management
- Leading and motivating a team of professionals
- Ensuring customer–focused service delivery
- Collaborating with global teams to provide integrated solutions
To qualify, you must have:
- Proven track record of delivering growth through sales
- Expertise in logistics systems and processes
- Understanding of customer needs in global markets
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in a similar role within the Freight forwarding or/And Contract Logistics/3PL
- Proven track record of personally delivering growth through sales.
