Job Description

As an Office Manager you will:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales support team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations.
  2. Sales Operations:
    • Oversee the sales order processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to engineering specifications.
    • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure seamless communication and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  3. Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless logistics.
  4. Process Optimisation:
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance sales and order processing procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and improve overall operational work flow.
  5. Administrative Management:
    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure a well-organised and efficient working environment.
  6. Office Efficiency:
    • Implement and maintain efficient filing and documentation systems.
    • Streamline office processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
