Job description
Providing audit support and assistance to a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors, including involvement in audit planning and all areas of audit testing.
* Completing relevant sections of the audit file as discussed and agreed with the team at the planning meeting. * Helping the Audit Manager to prepare for and to attend pre-audit and post-audit meetings with clients, as appropriate. * Preparing and finalising audit files in readiness for review using audit software. * Ensuring that client deadlines are met and to budget. * Communicating with the Audit Manager regularly on the audit; keeping them informed on assignment progress and any significant issues identified. * Reviewing junior colleagues' work and encouraging prompt and high-quality delivery and service. * Contributing to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.Job tags
