Job description
This role has responsibility for the Marketing team, building and delivering on strategies and objectives to develop and grow this already extremely well-established company within their field.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Production and delivery of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the UK and Export
- Management of the Marketing Budget
- Initiate the New Product Introduction process by undertaking business case assessment
- Maintenance and promotion of brand
- Digital marketing including Social Media and Website management
- Developing effective follow up activities following CPD events to promote our brands and products
- Produce promotional materials
- Create and manage marketing campaigns
- Mentor, develop and nurture team members, ensuring regular contact and one-to-one time is maintained
Qualifications and Experience
- Marketing Degree
- CIM Membership
- Proven experience in marketing, in product and brand development
- High energy
- Able to work under pressure
- Innovative thinker
- Passion and pride in the work carried out and areas of responsibility
- 24 days holiday rising to 25 days after 2 years’ service, 26 days after 3 years’ service and 27 days after 4 years’ service
