Deputy Manager Needed for Nursery in Chesham

As Deputy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our nursery and making a difference in the lives of young children.

• Parent and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community, providing regular communication and opportunities for involvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education, implement innovative teaching methods, and contribute to the ongoing development of our nursery programs.
• Passion for Early Years: Bring energy, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children, nurturing their curiosity, confidence, and individual talents.
• Location: The nursery is nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Chesham, offering a serene and enriching environment for both children and staff.

40 Hours a week Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
