This role is for a Nurse Manager, and ideally I am looking to speak to:

• Deputy Managers,
• Nurse Managers,
• And those with senior experience leading a nursing team.

This role will see you:

• Joining a private healthcare facility,
• Managing staff rotas,
• Working alongside regulatory bodies and senior management,
• Interviewing and recruiting new staff,
• Provide advice and support to families if needed,
• Oversee the day to day running of the service,
• And manage stock and budgets as needed.
