Job description
As the Head of Operations you will:
- Oversee daily operations including supply chain, production, engineering, quality, HSE, maintenance and facilities
- Implement strategies for process improvement and optimisation
- Maintain close working relationships with other department leads such as Design, Projects and Commercial Directors.
- Ensure all operations are carried out to the relevant quality and H&S standards
- Drive costs and efficiency to help continue business growth
