Are you a dynamic and results-oriented recruiter seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents? Look no further! We are currently seeking a expereinced recruiter to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract to support with a period rapid growth and increased volumes or roles.
You will be an established recruiter from either agency or internal talent acquisition background who is able to adapt quickly and hit the ground running, and able to manage high volume recruitment campaigns!
The role would suit someone in-between jobs or looking to reinforce or gain expereince retail recruitment.
You will join a team of 4 with c.40 years of combined Recruitment & Talent Acquisition experience, even for the short duration there is no better place to deveop with hands on one to one coaching from our seasoned talent team.
We offer a hybrid working model and able to offer 2 days working from home and 3 days in our Head Office in York, after an initial period of training.
About You:
3+ experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results from day one.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms effectively.
