Payroll Administrator

Sheffield S9 - Office Based

£25,000 - £27,000

Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm

This is an ongoing temporary assignment with a minimum of six months with a potential to turn perm. The company is currently going through a change over to a new payroll system

You will need to have a sound knowledge of payroll and the processes involved

Working within a team of three, reporting to the Head of Finance you will assist with the following duties:

• Entry of timesheets including multiple pay rates


• Entry of starters forms, leaver forms, contract change forms


• Calculating part month payments for starters and leavers


• Liaising with off site engineers regarding their timesheets, pay etc..


• Understanding what new starter documentation is required


• Uploading payroll data to payroll provider portal


• Writing up offer letters to prospective new starters
