Project 3 Mobility is looking for a talented Visualisation Artist, with the software skills to support high quality realistic renderings. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your experience and knowledge within the automotive industry as part of a small visualisation team. Some experience in delivering digital launch material for online or print is preferred.

Who and what will you be working with?  

You will be primarily working with other members of our Design team and closely collaborating with the all design team members across both UK and CRO sites. 

You will be reporting directly to the Vehicle Design Director. 

We’re using Microsoft Office, Atlassian and other tools to keep our work running smoothly, so you can expect to deal with things like MS Teams, JIRA tickets, Smartsheet, etc., on daily basis.

What will you be responsible for?

• Ensure that all files and Import models are up to date, and data sets maintained
• Create missing parts for 3D assemblies
• Add details where needed for more realism
• Create & apply materials & textures for CMF variants
• Supporting creation of materials library
• Supporting creation of environments and perfect light setups
• Create realistic renders for internal usage, presentations, press releases, webpages,…)
• Co-ordinate and liaise with designers, CMF, UX/UI, Marketing etc
• Creating technical illustrations and sections of parts/assemblies
• and other tasks as assigned by a line manager
• Perfect visualisation and detail accuracy of images
• Ensure content of images are correct and complete
• No interfering models/parts – no collisions of doubling of data
• Up to date models and assemblies
• Preparation and support of reviews
  

Who are we looking for?

To help achieve our goals, we need someone with

• Excellent knowledge of English
• Required Design tools (Photoshop or After Effects, Vred, Unreal Engine and Blender)
• Beneficial skills (Maya, DaVinci Resolve , Alias, office, Substance)
• Affinity for learning and exploring new techniques
• Hands-on approach
• Curious and open to being given direction
• Interest in photography and good knowledge of composition, camera angles, lighting
• Good organizational skills and proactive attitude
• Awareness of Marketing and Design goals and typical requirements
• The studio environment is fast paced and dynamic and candidates must be able to manage their time effectively and track deadlines, working under pressur
