Job description
The role is to predominantly support the Chair with overall administration and organisation, active support activities, local fundraising projects, driving social awareness of our vision and organising the volunteers.
What will you be doing?Taking ownership for ensuring the smooth running of events, positive active support activities, fundraising projects and ensuring the most seamless experience for all stakeholders including members, volunteers across all platforms
Act as a filter to ensure the Chair has their schedule and workload prioritised, calendar and mail.

Good IT Microsoft skills to understand and manage social and digital media platforms, digital filing, and webinars, including data protection safeguarding awareness
Event organisation, running of ongoing activities and fundraising with wider membership, volunteers, and stakeholders on various platforms
Must be able to use TEAMS /SharePoint office 365 effectively
Good experience, or willingness to learn, running online meetings with inclusion of items in meetings and arranging breakout rooms
Diary management of Outlook, working on several calendars, establishing and circulating agendas, arranging and minuting meetings.
Basic book-keeping.
Ability to investigate different areas and use own initiative

Essential
This role will suit someone who is positive, patient, proactive, with a can-do attitude
Experience in executive assistant role or with experience of vice chair role in a trustee environment.
Knowledge of social media
