Job Title: Client Manager – Private Clients

Description: We are hiring for our client, an award-winning, independent, family-owned company with over 45 years of operation in the insurance and risk management industry. Due to their continued success and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Manager in their Private Clients Insurance team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about providing exceptional client service and looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

1. The Role: You will be proactively managing valued client and insurer relationships, negotiating, placing, and reporting at renewal mid-term and new business stages. Ensuring adequacy and appropriateness of cover, managing personal workloads, and maintaining high standards of client service are key aspects of this role.
2. The Person: We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years broking experience, possessing a strong all-around Personal Lines insurance background. You should be enthusiastic, client-focused, and have the ability to develop strong relationships. A keen attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and IT proficiency (Acturis experience desirable) are essential.
