This Firm are one of the most prominent UK and international law firms in the country, providing excellent legal services to a variety of business and individuals. The firm has offices across the country, however, have a growing global network. The firm consists of 140+ partners and more than 800 professionals, with a strong reputation for expertise in sectors such as technology, private wealth, shipping and real estate.
The team ranked Tier 2 in Contentious Trust and Probate and act for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts and estates. They specialise in domestic and international trust and estate litigation, and breach of trust actions. Other core areas of expertise include advising on contentious applications to the Court of Protection and claims under the Inheritance Act. They are also recognised in the market for a variety of trust and estate claims, as well as other areas such as advising on the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 in the context of trust and estate funds. In addition, the team is skilled at handling financial abuse and TOLATA claims.
The team are now seeking an experienced Private Wealth Disputes solicitor to join their practice in London. The ideal candidate will have at least four years' experience gained at similar leading private wealth disputes practice in London.
