Monday – Friday
08.30am – 17.00pm , Hybrid Position.

Job Description: Our Client who are leaders in their field are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join their Collections team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Being involved in reconciliation.
• Conduct daily review on customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Manage the end-to-end credit control process.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to address customer queries related to invoices and statements.

Key Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate management of our credit control functions, with a specific emphasis on reconciliation processes.
