Agility Resourcing is proud to present a fantastic new opportunity for a talented credit controller looking for a new role in Preston!

We are working on behalf of one of the largest and most successful utility provides in the North West. They are experienced within their field and pride themselves on exceeding both client and customers' expectations. Due to their recent success, they are looking to expand their team starting with a credit controller.

The role:

The role itself is extremely varied and your daily duties will include but not limited to:

• Proactively managing and collecting debts from clients
• Prepare statements and client reports
• Process card payments
• Create terms and conditions for credit agreements
• Follow up payments and help come up with payment plans
• Day to day bank postings and cash allowance
• Send monthly statements to clients

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to work independently or as part of a team
• Be confident in their abilities as a credit controller
• Be experienced (minimum 2 years)
• Have basic knowledge of excel spreadsheets
• Have experience in Xero (preferred)
• Knowledge of the utility industry (preferred)
• Have high attention to detail
• Be organised
• Be able to work towards targets
