Job description

THE ROLE:


The busy private client department is looking to recruit an additional Private Client Lawyer to manage a demanding caseload of private client matters. The chosen Private Client Lawyer will be responsible for an existing caseload to include Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, Court of Protection and Tax planning. Working alongside the Head of Department and together with other members of the team, you will be gaining exposure to wide and varied caseload of private client matters as well as working on behalf of a diverse client base.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Private Client Lawyers will ideally be STEP qualified and have at least 3 years' PQE in handling all types of private client matters. Applications are welcomed from Legal Executives or qualified Solicitors who are able to demonstrate strong technical expertise in all areas of private client law. The appointed Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will be able to provide assistance on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Court of Protection matters and Tax Planning.

As a full-service law firm, it provide expert knowledge to clients both locally and nationally. The private client specialists advise on a range of matters including wills, probate, trusts, personal tax, Court of Protection and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Competitive salary, 25 days holiday year in addition to Bank Holidays, Bupa, pension scheme, death in service and free parking. Flexible working options up to 2 days from home.
