We are working with a leading player in their field, who specialises in providing high-quality, products and solutions to businesses across various sectors. With a commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join their growing sales team and expand their market presence.
Description of the role:
- Prospect, identify and target potential clients within the white label industry, including manufacturers, retailers, and distributors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in designated territories.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase their capabilities and value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all sales inquiries and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and growth initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
About you:
- Proven track record of success in field sales roles, preferably within the white label industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of white-label manufacturing processes, product development, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
