Up to £29,000 depending on experience, plus benefits
Here at White Cross Vets, we have an exciting new opportunity for a registered veterinary nurse to join our clinic in Northampton. Day-to-day duties include inpatient and outpatient care, theatre/preparation room duties, nurse appointments, dispensary tasks, assisting with anaesthetics, minimal lab work and theatre nursing, so your day is always varied.
Rota
The role will be to cover 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8:00am-7:00pm. There will be a share of earlier and lates. There is a requirement for a Saturday rota in which TOIL is given back and no out-of-hours.

Our fantastic team is currently made up of 5 Vets with one of those being an international placement Vet, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant due to start as a student Nurse next year and 3 Client Care Coordinators.
Our Clinical Director has a medical certificate (SAM) and her CMI. 1 Vet is currently doing a diagnostic certificate, another Vet has a SAM certificate, and another Vet has just completed her ECC certificate. We are proud to have a behaviourist Nurse, ECC Nurse and ISFM Nurse within the team and we have a mobile imaging specialist, cardiologist, and medic for support. We are a friendly team with a family ethic, and we enjoy regular team meals out. We believe in wellbeing and try to ensure we arrange regular treats. We love food and enjoy a regular supply of biscuits and cakes from some team members that like to feed others! As well as being SPVS Wellbeing Award Winners in 2017 and 2018, we have featured in the Sunday Times Top 100 Company to Work For 6 years running!
