Up to £30000 per annum + uncapped Commission
Location: Office-based, Central Southampton
Working Hours: Full-time, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (One weekend per month with a day off in lieu either side)
Qualifications: CMAP Qualified, 12 months of broker experience
Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will leverage your CMAP qualification and 12 months of broker experience to provide expert advice on mortgage options. All leads will be provided to you, and you will be responsible for managing the entire mortgage advisory process. The role involves working one weekend per month, with a day off in lieu on both sides of the weekend to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Leads: All leads provided
Commission Structure:
£0-£1,500: 0%
£1,501-£12,500: 12%
£12,501 and above: 25%
Weekend Work:
One weekend per month required
A day off in lieu granted on both sides of the weekend
Key Requirements:
CMAP qualification
Minimum of 12 months of broker experience
Strong understanding of mortgage products and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
