Sports Coach
Location: Southampton
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £77- £95 per day

GSL Education is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic
Sports Coach to join our team and make a positive impact in one of our client schools located in the Southampton area.
Having lots of personality is key, we want to ensure that energy is infectious & the children have fun, you will be someone who likes to lead by example & break down different activities to learn.
Responsibilities may include: - Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive sports sessions for students.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate training programs.
- Motivate and inspire students to participate actively in sports activities.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among students.
- Organise and coordinate sports events, competitions, and tournaments.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate sports activities into the curriculum.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during sports sessions.
Requirements: - Relevant qualifications in sports coaching or a related field.
- An enhanced DBS (child workforce) registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
- Proven experience in coaching and working with students of varying age groups.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of sports and the ability to teach fundamental skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid residence permit and right to work in the UK.
- First Aid and safeguarding qualifications are desirable.
