Main tasks and responsibilities: - Reporting to, and close liaison with, the ND Service Lead
- Supervision and Line management of team coordinators
- Training and CPD: Managing and supporting clinicians to write better/ Coding consistencies Originate and co-ordinate team suggestions/ journal
- Complex MDTs
- Coordinating performance management structures and audits
- Coordinating team meetings and agendas
- Capacity/ Rota planning
- Safeguarding lead
- Clinical liaison with institutional clients
- Responsible for ensuring clinical values / consistency across ASC service
Knowledge, skills , experience and qualifications:
- The successful candidate MUST be ADOS and ADI-R trained and provide evidence of both
- Must hold extensive diagnostic experience and experience of ADHD
- Be able to provide a recent redacted assessment report
- Possess relevant experience of working in Mental Health
- The ability to work collaboratively
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills to convey complex clinical information
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a diverse team of clinicians and support staff. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.

As a result, the team all work from home (or other suitable locations) so you will need to be comfortable with this as a working environment – and have a reliable internet connection.
