Aholming , looking for a
Software Developer, expert in
C, to join their thriving business. It is your chance to contribute to
cutting-edge technology and work on diverse and challenging tasks, and have a long an impact on the semiconductor industry. They are looking for a skilled engineer with experience in
computer development , directly on the application level (desktop) - not purely on embedded systems.
The role is open due to the current engineer retiring in the coming years. You will be working directly alongside them, therefore preparing to take over once they do retire.
Duties: - Maintain, test and develop the existing software
- Program and control of machine components and their processes
- Program of measurement technology using image processing
- Conception of customer-specific systems and their implementation
- Enhance existing products as well as new ones
Requirements: - High proficiency in C programming on Windows (legacy)
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
- German speaking B2/C1 minimum
Nice to have: - Experience with agile, test-driven software development (TDD, Scrum)
- Past experience in image processing would be a huge bonus
