Finance Officer - Portsmouth (Lakeside) - £24-27k

Full or part time hours considered. Friday work from home

The role

Your role will cover a wide range of duties including:

• Invoicing and Credit Control
• Payroll (for direct Meditalent employees only)
• Pensions administration
• Expense management
• New starter administration
• Employee records management

You will have other ad hoc administrative duties. There is scope for this role to become more senior over time for the right candidate.

The role requires interaction with our team, suppliers and clients so you need to be a confident communicator. As you are dealing with finances you must be detail oriented, have a high level of accuracy and be sensitive to working with confidential data.

Your skills and experience:

• You will already be working in a finance role, ideally with experience of running payroll and invoicing/credit control
• MS Office and accounting systems experience is essential (ideally Xero although training can be provided)
