MULTI-TRADE MOBILE ENGINEER

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi-Trade Mobile Engineer. This role is on a full-time permanent basis servicing our clients’ various contracts in and around London.

As a Multi-Trade Mobile Engineer you will be required to support the clients objects to maintain the efficiency, effectiveness and longevity of M&E Building Services throughout London client sites.

This is a mobile role so a full licence is required.

Multi-Trade Mobile Engineer – Duties:

• Maintain and repair ventilation and air-conditioning systems and equipment;
• Undertake PPM, servicing and repair works across various contracts;
• attend callouts during normal working hours and, in addition, be part of the out-of-hours emergency callout rota;
• troubleshoot issues with a system as they are identified;
• conduct performance tests with specialist tools and make adjustments as necessary;
• wearing relevant company issued PPE and clothing; and
• submit clear and concise service reports and timesheets.

Multi-Trade Mobile Engineer – Requirements:

• knowledge of HVAC plant;
• knowledge and experience of boilers, controls, heating and colling systems, and ventilation;
• knowledge of Legionella and overall health and safety;
• Valid driving licence;
• City & Guilds in Mechanical engineering or equivalent;
• Time served mechanical / maintenance engineer;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and
• Self- motivated with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills;

Multi-Trade Mobile Engineer - Offer:

· Hours per week are 08:00 to 17:00 negotiable, 40 hour week;

· Salary up to £40k Depending on Experience;

·25 days holiday (not including bank holidays);

· Pension scheme after 3 full months service (3% employer contribution, 5% employee);

· Overtime available but not guaranteed;

· Tablet and phone;

· Company uniform;

· Company works vehicle; and

· employee referral scheme of £1,000.
