Platform Manager - Governance & Administration

As the Platform Manager – Governance & Administration, you’ll cover a broad and diverse set of platforms and capabilities consisting of Outpayce proprietary, Amadeus Group proprietary and 3rd party vendor platforms such as Card Processor, Core Banking, Payment Schemes, Onboarding, Transaction Monitoring and Screening.

In this role you’ll;

• Take ownership and accountability for the design, development and ongoing management of the Outpayce User Access & Permissions framework and solution, as well as the Enterprise Platform performance measurement, monitoring and management framework and solution
• Design the overall framework in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
• Own build, buy or partner decisions as part of the solution
• Identify, review, negotiate, onboard, and manage 3rd party vendors
• Work with Platform Quality Assurance on Business User Acceptance & Readiness

About the ideal candidate

• Prior experience in Platform Management & Administration
• Proven ability to design frameworks / operating models related to Platform Management / Administration.
• Proven ability to manage complex and sometimes conflicting interests from internal stakeholders from a platform development and delivery perspective
• Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, and professionalism and demonstrate troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Technical Product Management and R&D teams
• Experience working within a financially regulated business
