Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our small friendly team to assist and support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and provide support to our Executive Directors. The main tasks include coordinating and managing the CEO's responsibilities, proactively managing their busy diary, coordinating Senior Leadership Team meetings, receiving visitors and the arranging of hospitality. In addition, you will support the CEO in delivering First Choice Homes Oldhamâs (FCHOâs) strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supporting senior executives in a busy office environment and excellent planning, prioritising, organisation and time management skills.

Executive Assistant Permanent Salary: circa £29,000 per annum
