About Our Client
Our client are a global technology business who have experienced a significant growth over the last two years. Following PE backing, they are now looking to invest in their treasury department and hire their first permanent treasurer.
This is a great opportunity for a hands on Treasurer who will be involved strategically and operationally whilst managing their debt compliance.
Job Description
- Supporting a very busy CFO with the treasury projects and operations
- Management of the SFA facility drawn process
- Bank relationship management
- Managing the Lender/ Agent relationships with the CFO and private shareholders
The Successful Applicant
- Significant experience working in a multinational treasury function
- Hands on and seasoned treasurer with Private Equity exposure
- Comfortable working autonomously and making smart business related decisions relating to the treasury
What's on Offer
- Salary up to £120,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits (private healthcare, competitive pension etc)
