Teaching Assistant - Wellingborough / Rushden

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team at a mixed-age SEN school based in Wellingborough or Rushden. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and group support to students with ASC.
• Assist in the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) tailored to the needs of each student.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver effective support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with ASC students.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Registration with Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
