An exciting opportunity has arisen for the General Manager Role at one of London’s most Iconic buildings. 110 Bishopsgate is a commercial office tower entering an exciting phase of its lifecycle. With Investor support the building is undergoing many projects to enhance the overall customer experience and building operational performance in line with the buildings service delivery and sustainability commitments.
Over the last 12 months huge progress has been made with the completion of a number of projects and with more to come in 2024 and we are looking for an exceptional, tenacious GM to carry this work forward. We achieved ISO 14001 in 2023 and are currently working to be BREEAM in USE ‘Excellent’ rated in 2024. A recent change in service partners now ensures a fully committed and passionate on site team and the GM will be responsible for supporting the trajectory of the progress continues inline with our clients plan for the building.
In a city that is seeing continuous change and development, we work as a team to attract occupiers of the very highest calibre, providing strong customer engagement and premium service delivery.
The GM will have overall responsibility of the day-to-day service delivery at 110 Bishopsgate including management and provision of facilities services, specifically H&S, building fabric, service charge, occupier fit outs and various projects. The GM is supported by a Technical Services Manager and Operations Manager as well as our senior leads for the service partners. This is a very exciting role for the right candidate.
