Job description

Are you looking for a new role as a clinical lead nurse and can work in the Dudley area? 

Nurslink are recruiting for a clinical lead nurse who is an RGN or RMN qualified nurse to work in a nursing home setting. 

 

 

Essential:

• Registered nurse with a current NMC pin 
• Relevant Nursing qualifications
• Hard working 
• 6 months recent experience working as a Clinical Lead nurse
• 2 clinical references that cover 3 years work experience

 

Responsibilities:

• Your role will be specialist coordination of patient care and care plans. 
• You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary care teams and professionals as required on behalf of each patient, ensure high delivery of patient care, supervise the clinical work of other nurses, contribute to homes policies and procedures, work closely with the CQC and the home manager, assess needs of patients, administer medications and treatments as required. Liaise with patients’ families.
