Civil Project Coordinator – OpenReach Network

Description

Locktel is a telecom business with over 7 years’ experience as an established Telecom Services company, specialising in Telecom Cabling, Splicing and Civils services.

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our busy team based in Livingston. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Telecoms Sector. OR Civils Coordination experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive project coordination for our teams, working on BT Openreach Network.

• Report to the Civils Manager
• Updating our works management system to ensure compliance and works completion.
• Carrying out job validation, Jeopardy Management and Issues Management.
• Facilitating effective communication among team members, ensuring that all project members are informed and aligned.
• Tracking project timelines, stores requirements and resource allocation.
• To resolve any issues using your experience and knowledge, requesting support from the Civils Manager when required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project co-ordination, ideally within Telecoms civils on OpenReach Network

IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package.

Planning and programming experience.

Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written.

Competitive salary depending on experience.
