Job description
Clinical and Operational Undertake regular clinical activity across event, ambulance and transfer operations, working with the wider ECS team to deliver high quality patient care. Undertake patient assessment and appropriate intervention and treatment during potentially challenging situations. Carry out all duties, working within the defined scope of practice and adhering to protocols, policies, SOPs and clinical guidelines, seeking appropriate clinical advice and/or support as required. Treat our patients with respect and dignity and maintain confidentiality in relation to personal data, ensuring it is processed lawfully. Share learning and support clinical education, audit and development. Education Ensure continued learning and development as part of the ECS NQP portfolio, including self directed study. Maintain own CPD and contribute to own personal development by participating in regular appraisals and mentorship meetings.
