ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and experienced individual for our Refuse and Recycling Manager position.

The primary duties of the role will be managing our waste and recycling collections from residential and commercial customers, managing staff for performance, development and absences, in accordance with corporate polices.

There is a requirement for a flexible attitude to work patterns as some weekend and bank holiday working is required

ABOUT YOU

The post holder will have a proven background within the waste industry, demonstrating knowledge of waste & recycling practices, associated legislation and environmental impact. Strong leadership skills are essential with clear communication and customer focus to deliver our residential and trade waste collection services, with a robust focus on Health & Safety.
