Job description
We are looking for an Advisor to join the Learning Services Team at an exciting time, as we transition onto a new Learning Management System. Within the role, you will be supporting with the administration of our Learning & Development Team. You will also need to demonstrate strong communication skills to enable you to build relationships with key Learning & Development (L&D) Partners, based at different locations across the business.
This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys mixing with a variety of different people. Day to day you’ll be sourcing venues and facilitators, alongside managing workshops, e-learning and compliance management across the business using our brand new Learning Management System which you will be responsible for maintaining along with the team. You will also be resolving queries, for both internal and external users.
You don’t necessarily need a background in L&D…just a passion for people and their development. Providing an excellent service is the key!
Please note this role is a 6 month fixed term contract beginning in April 2024.
