Lead Nurse/Nurse Manager Position Available at Dermatology Clinic on Harley Street
This Lead Nurse/Nurse Manager opportunity offers an exceptional chance for a dedicated and experienced nurse with a keen interest in dermatology. The chosen candidate will be entrusted with leading and providing clinical direction to the nursing team at a prestigious private dermatology clinic located on Harley Street.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and clinical direction to the nursing team.
Ensure the maintenance of top-tier patient care standards.
Oversee the clinic's nursing budget and resources.
Develop and implement nursing policies and protocols.
Supervise the training and professional growth of the nursing staff.
Act as a representative for the clinic at professional gatherings and events.
Qualifications and Experience:Leadership experience is a must.
Prior experience in dermatology is advantageous.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Robust leadership and management aptitude.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
