Salar y: £25,000-£27,000

Join my industry leading client in this varied project support role. This is a great opportunity to take your support skills to the next step and support across a wide scope of duties.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor multiple key projects simultaneously- supporting PMs to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget


• Schedule and attend project meetings, take minutes and circulate action points


• Schedule Engineers to projects


• Track equipment locations and allocate to projects


• Document control of all site paperwork including compiling O&M manuals


• Track project financials including reviewing supplier invoices, monitoring expenses and approving timesheets


• Update project spreadsheets and report on budget vs actuals


• Check status of external providers to ensure they meet with company procedures/processes


• Check labour/resource allocations have the right competencies to carry out required tasks


• Collate and manage project stock ensuring re-using where possible rather than buying new


• Manage the project tracker daily to ensure it remains current and Valuation dates are met by PM's
