Role: 2 nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Dartford
Salary: £28K DOE
Maxwell Bond is working with an expanding utilities company who are in search for a 2 nd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the IT Manager, as the 2nd Line Support Engineer you will have the opportunity to get involved in various hardware and software configurations, resolve customer requirements completed with SLA’s and be able to bring fresh ideas and new tech to the forefront of the business.
No day will be the same as you will be expected to visit various sites on a daily basis and provide your technical expertise to clients.

What you can bring to the team: **3+ Years Experience working in IT
**Experience working with / certifications within ITIL
**Experience working with Windows OS/10 and OS
**Experience working with Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange
**Experience working with Active Directory
**Experience working with Group Policy
**Experience working with Telephony
**Experience with Networking (basic)
**Full UK Driving License (essential)
