Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer-Newcastle-£37,000

CBW has a new opportunity for a commercial gas engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. This will be on a mobile basis covering the Newcastle area on a single contract. You must have commercial building maintenance experience and a full clean driving license. In exchange you will receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holiday) and a company van. Below are all of the details on this new opportunity.
Key responsibilities: - You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas and air conditioning
- Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties
- Mechanical maintenance of AC systems
- Self delivery of smaller installations
- Electrical wiring of commercial boilers
- General plumbing duties on site
- Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
Person specification: - Commercial GasSafe qualifications, COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum
- Ideally hold your 18th ed
- Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
- Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
- Building services knowledge
