FAMILY SOLICITOR/FCILEX - STOCKTON - 4+ PQE
THE FIRM
- Long established regional firm with offices in Stockton and Newcastle
- Stong presence for family law in the Teesside region
- Well regarded Private Family law team
THE ROLE
- You will be managing your own caseload of privately funded family matters including:
- cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements
- divorce
- financial remedy
- child arrangements
- domestic abuse injunctions
- cohabitation disputes
THE REQUIREMENTS
- The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive - ideally with a minimum of 4 years experience in Family Law
- You will have handled predominantly privately funded caseloads, although candidates with public law experience are also welcome to apply
- You will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to work independently whilst managing multiple cases
