We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join our small team and support the delivery of procurement to all sites.
This exciting opportunity will suit an individual with strong attention to detail with a desire to deliver strong internal customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues or enquiries.
Objectives of this Role
To support the logistics Management in procurement and logistics administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure all purchasing related paperwork is filed in accordance with internal procedures
Ensuring all goodsin receipts are reconciled Vs relevant purchase orders and that all transactional reports are filed with the correct purchase orders for accurate reconciliation.
Accurate weekly/monthly stock counting and reporting
Stock counting laminate materials paperstore and bulk warehouse
Obtain prices from suppliers as and when required update systems pass on to relevant persons
Support the logistics team during periods of absence covering the reordering of stocks processing calloff orders and approving internal requisitions
Ensure that receipts of FSC and PEFC materials are reconciled to ensure compliance
